CHAIRMAN | ADVISORY BOARD

As a seasoned entrepreneur and advisor, Viktor Zambo leverages over two decades of experience investing in and advising technology companies to swiftly spot promising opportunities and assemble the strategic talent and resources to capitalize on them.

Viktor is a child prodigy and self-taught Chess expert, attaining the rank of Master at the young age of 12. He led the province of Ontario to victories at the Canadian National Chess Championship titles in both 1997 and 1998.
 
His innate skill and insight around pattern recognition was a natural fit for a career in Finance. Starting as a teen with two thousand dollars, Viktor leveraged his skillset and produced an unrivaled record of accomplishment of compound growth.  Over the last twenty years, he has built a substantial portfolio at the level of an Institutional Investor. While continuing his personal investing as a Family Office, he has invested in and founded multiple other companies.
 
Cube & Context Inc. is a private Algorithmic trading & software firm. With a small team of highly specialized individuals, Cube & Context delivers complex software pieces and solutions typically found at large established finance enterprises. The firm maintains tight controls over its IP, internal security and regularly consults experienced cybersecurity professionals.

Viktor has also worked in an advisory capacity to numerous small businesses including GAMERTECH, a highly successful high-end PC provider based in Canada that is one of the fastest growing small businesses and boasts a social media presence and reach well into the tens of millions.

Viktor is also both an investor and advisor to a tech wellness startup and future unicorn in India, Ahhaa Inc., which is poised to service over a million individuals within large corporations and government over the next two years as a significant leader in the mental health and productivity space.

He is also a meaningful stakeholder and advisor in an extraordinarily successful US-based financial services firm which works with highly accredited private investors in the US.

As a distinguished senior executive in the software industry, Damaris Valero boasts a remarkable career spanning over two decades. With a visionary outlook she is the founder of CHEGOY two years ago envisioning a company that would deliver cutting-edge solutions across diverse sectors, both private and public. Notably, CHEGOY has played a pivotal role in crafting software solutions for entities like Uplink in the software communication sector, as well as major players in the media industry, including Viacom. Damaris’s dedication extends to serving the public sector, exemplified by successful collaborations with the Government of Colombia. In the education sector, her strategic initiatives have empowered small businesses to navigate the decentralized world through innovative blockchain solutions.

Damaris Valero’s journey is marked by not only her illustrious career in software but also her impactful contributions to women entrepreneurs. Notably, she is the winner of the “Make Mine a Million” contest by Count Me In from American Express, a competition designed for women entrepreneurs in the early 2000s. This accolade underscores her commitment to fostering diversity and inclusivity in the business world. Prior to her foray into the software domain, she spent over two decades in the media industry, orchestrating complex business agreements for networks, ad agencies, and brands. Beyond corporate achievements, Damaris is an author with a globally published book titled “Branded Entertainment” and the founder of Animus Entertainment Group, a production company that successfully conceptualized and executed renowned shows like Catfish for MTV and the Kids Choice Awards for Nickelodeon overseas. With a career that included senior executive positions at industry giants like Universal Studios, Viacom, and The Cisneros group, Damaris possesses a wealth of experience spanning both traditional media and the dynamic software landscape.

Damaris Valero played a pivotal role in strategically spearheading the development of the “OKDetect”, a software solution tailored for prominent entities such as Uplink in the communications sector. During the evolution from Hypelabs to Uplink, Damaris was part of a core team responsible for conceiving and introducing a global software solution to the market. This innovative solution enabled both governments and private entities to trace proximities in a contactless manner.

Her visionary leadership not only addresses the unique challenges of the industry but also positions her as a key player in fostering technological advancements for enhanced efficiencies.

She’s trilingual, proficient in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with additional reading skills in French. This linguistic versatility enhances her ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and navigate international business landscapes effectively.

MATTHEW FISHER

CO-FOUNDER | CTO

Matthew Fisher is a seasoned IT professional with a career spanning over three decades, beginning in the 1980s. His journey in the IT industry is marked by a diverse and comprehensive experience, having assumed every role conceivable in a development organization. This includes responsibilities in Testing, Programming, Leadership, Direction, Product Management, and Project Management. His versatile skill set is tailored for leading both large-scale and boutique IT teams, demonstrating a unique blend of technical proficiency and leadership acumen.

Matthew’s expertise is deeply rooted in two of the most technically demanding and innovative sectors: Telecom and Finance. His tenure in the Telecom industry, particularly at Syniverse, saw him managing software architecture, design, and development in an environment marked by immense data throughput, catering to billions of records daily across a vast customer base. This experience honed his skills in handling high-scale, complex software systems.

In the Finance sector, Matthew’s portfolio includes prestigious stints at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and Bloomberg. Here, he specialized in high-performance software development, dealing with low-latency systems that process requests in microseconds—a critical requirement in the fast-paced financial markets. This background underlines his proficiency in developing and managing software solutions where speed and reliability are paramount.

Matthew’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident from his involvement in multiple startups, where he has channeled his passion for building innovative applications for both public and private sectors. He thrives in environments that require the creation of new technologies and solutions, a testament to his creative and forward-thinking mindset.

Chegoy’s latest endeavor demands high scalability to accommodate millions of users, coupled with the need for responsive individual user experiences. Outside of his professional endeavors, Matthew has a profound interest in history, with a particular affinity for military history. This interest is rooted in his personal life as well, demonstrated by his service in the Army immediately after high school, continuing a proud family tradition of military service. This tradition spans generations, including his grandparents, parents, brother, a combat-wounded son, and a granddaughter currently serving in the US Navy. This deep connection to military service instills in him values of discipline, commitment, and a profound sense of duty, which he brings to all his professional roles.
